Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely within a team
Construct vehicles from chassis through to completion, ready for delivery using many non standard and bespoke components
General service and repair of Land Rovers and other vehicles including inspection and condition report as well as MOT preperation
Undertake wiring modifications for installation of electrical accessories and upgrades
Diagnose build issues
Keep an organised and clean workspace
Comply with Health and Safety regulations
To work to a high standard in engineering and vehicle construction
Maintain a friendly and helpful work environment .
Eager to learn through your progression
Ability to achieve tasks to a set deadline
Have the passion to succeed
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ability to work under own initiative
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagram (Not a necessity)
Good problem solving skills
Very high level attention to detail
Passionate about exceeding customer expectations
High attention to detail with experience in an automotive/aerospace or engineering background
Reliable, punctual and motivated in all aspects
Knowledge of Land Rover Defender ideal but not a neccessity
